What was your motivation? What impressed you to keep up going, even when you wanted to give up? My motivation was my kids and me. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that it’s harder to get the load off. After being on journey this summer season, I knew I wanted to be extra wholesome, look larger and actually really feel larger in my clothes.

How did you modify your consuming habits? I eat 5 small meals a day. 1-2 of those meals are salads, grilled hen, ground turkey, steamed veggies, and fruits. So I’ve as a minimum 4 servings of fruits and veggies a day. Moreover, I ended ingesting sodas and drinks with numerous sugar and fried meals.
